We are a community ticketing agency, based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota, one of the most active arts and entertainment markets in the USA. We are a primary ticket service for producers and events that hire us as their community box office. We do not broker tickets. We provide ticket buyers with great service, convenient online ordering as well as knowledgeable and friendly live customer service on a daily basis -- and all this with no additional fees!

The price you see is the price you pay! We partner with arts and entertainment producers who strive to provide the very best experience -- and value -- for their audiences. From buying a ticket right up to the final encore. We'll never add a service fee unless you request special delivery or other concierge services.*
Our pledge to you is very simple: we are here to provide you with an optimal ticket purchasing experience. We'll make sure you have the information you need to quickly and conveniently purchase tickets to events that we handle. If we can't answer a question you have about an event on-sale at TicketWorks, we'll research the answer and get back to you!
TicketWorks is a box office service of CommunityTix, a unique company that provides a wide array of customized ticketing and patron services under one roof. Other services of CommunityTix include UptownTix and CTregistrations. Each one is geared to providing the best experience and value to event attendees.
Please note that all sales are final; all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise indicated by our event producers. The purchase of tickets at TicketWorks or ticketworks.com constitutes acceptance of this policy.
* Please note: No additional order fees are incurred for standard delivery (USPS First Class mail or Will Call/Venue pick-up). However, if you want us to express mail or messenger your tickets to you, special handling charges beyond standard mail delivery will be incurred.
Delivery of Your Order
When you place an order at TicketWorks you will be asked if you wish to have your order mailed to you via USPS Mail or held at the venue for Will Call pick-up.
Orders placed for USPS Mail delivery are normally shipped from our St. Paul, MN offices within 24-48 hours. We ask that you allow 7-10 days to receive your order in the USPS mail as seasonal delays at the post office can affect actual delivery schedules.
Due to normal USPS delivery, we do not mail out orders during the last 10 days prior to an event, but instead will send your order to the venue for "Will Call" pick-up. When you pick up your order at Will Call, please bring a copy of the email confirmation you have received from us along with your photo I.D. and the credit card you used to pay for your order. Your signature will be required to receive your tickets.

Your Privacy
Your
privacy is important to us. Your name and address will be used to complete
your payment and to deliver your order. We may share your contact information
with the organization that sponsors the event to which you have
purchased tickets. That sponsoring organization may put your address
on their mailing list so that you can be notified about their activities.
If you do not wish to have your information shared in this manner, simply
inform us at the time you place your order. You may inform your TicketWorks
telephone reservationist or check the appropriate option
in our online ticket ordering. We will not share your
address or other information with any other party.
If
you sign up or “subscribe” to receive information and ticket
"e-lerts" on our optional notification lists, we will send
information to you about events, tickets and merchandise that are on-sale
at TicketWorks, and you will be automatically eligible for any ticket give-aways which are in effect.
We may, from time to time, also send you notices about
other products and services that may be of interest to our shoppers.
In such cases, we simply will be passing along paid advertisements that
we feel may be of interest to you, based on your request-for-information
profile. Only we will contact you with this information; we will not
make your contact information available to any other party or advertising
lists. You may "unsubscribe" from our service or change your
request-for-information profile at any time you choose.

Security
Our
order pages are secured using industry-standard encryption with Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL). This technology ensures that your personal information
is only seen by you, its intended recipient, and not anyone in-between.
Depending on your browser's capability and settings, our order pages employ either AES encryption with 256-bit
keys (the standard used by the U.S. Government to secure "Top Secret"-level
sensitive information) or RC4 encryption with 128-bit keys. For further

Your order information is stored using established industry best practices,
and its transmission and storage complies with the most recent and secure credit card industry
guidelines. Only you and TicketWorks can access your order information.
Web browser cookies are not used by our ordering system.
Cancellations and Refunds
Normally, all purchases are not exchangeable nor refundable due to contractual arrangements with our event producers. In the rare event that a performance or meeting can not take place due to reasons beyond the producer's control, ticket purchases are refunded upon return of tickets or purchase receipts to us at:
