CommunityTix is now hiring enthusiastic individuals who are knowledgeable about the Twin Cities arts scene to work in our call center and at various venues in and around the Twin Cities selling tickets for some of the areas most exciting events. Duties will include:
« Answer incoming calls
« Data entry of both phone and printed orders
« Make outgoing calls as necessary (not for soliciting purposes)
« Special projects as assigned
« Handling box office sales and reservation fulfillment on site at various events

Must meet the following requirements:
« Work 15 to 20 hours per week
« Work evenings plus a minimum of two weekends per month - Tuesday and Thursday shifts most needed.
« Use specialized ticketing software and its corresponding programs.
« Accurately input large amounts alphabetic, numeric, and symbolic data using a keyboard and numeric key-pad.
« Must have own reliable transportation.

Skills needed:
« Strong keyboarding skills to accurately input data into a computer while speaking on a phone
« Good customer service skills ¡V friendly outgoing manner
« Great attention to detail focusing on our client¡¦s individualized and changing needs
« Ability to retain a large amount of information about performances currently on sale
